Testimonials "Working with SeaCrest was just about the best thing that happened to us in 2009. Our certification leadership team was brand new and the last thing we needed to worry about was getting the reaccreditation approved. What a relief to know it was in good hands. It was worth every dime. Not only do Janice and Cynthia have the expertise to put a reaccreditation application together so that you the staff can feel confident that the application will be approved; they also know how to present and package the materials for maximum benefit. This was a worry-free situation – as long as I was able to get important data and supporting documentation from our partners! Janice and Cynthia managed the time tables and kept us on track! SeaCrest produced a thorough product, delivered on time, and provided us with excellent customer service." -Joanna Carlson, CCMC "SeaCrest staff have the knowledge and skill on certification accreditation to serve as an extension of our current staff in making application. They are highly efficient, professional, and responsible. They saved me in staff time allocated to this project so we could stay focused on other priorities. Cost for services versus time spent was very cost effective. I would rate SeaCrest staff and services very highly." -Lynn Anderson, PhD, JCAHPO CEO "SeaCrest’s principals, Cynthia Allen and Janice Moore, have worked in senior positions with the National Organization of Competency Assurance (NOCA) and their accrediting arm the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA). Cynthia and Janice are experts in the NCCA accreditation process and how to develop programs that are consistent with those standards. That expertise combined with their experience in association management brings a unique perspective to the certification program development process. In addition to being experts in the field, they are professional, responsive and perform high quality work." -Shannon Carter, Chief Executive Officer, Competency & Credentialing Institute "I chose to work with SeaCrest because of the many years experience shared by the Executive Team. The team is talented and is comprised of very knowledgeable experts in their respective fields. The work was well done, efficient and thorough. It took only 4 days to get a response – this was an unbelievably short period (this was much appreciated). In addition, Janice Moore took additional time to review her comments with the PTCB team and provided ongoing support. I have already recommended SeaCrest to other organizations." - Kathleen Kline, Manager, Executive Affairs, Pharmacy Technician Certification Board "SeaCrest was one of several consulting firms we contacted, and the response from SeaCrest was the most comprehensive and reasonable (cost-wise). Janice Moore was very professional, very responsive and very knowledgeable. I don't believe we could have submitted our application in a timely manner without Janice's support and assistance. I would certainly recommend them!" -Mike Wood, Executive Director, CADDTP "Even before we met Cynthia (and later, Janice), SeaCrest came with high recommendations. We have been pleased with Cynthia’s attention to detail, prompt follow-up, comfort with volunteer decision-making, and general positive attitude. She has consistently been responsive to CLP, Inc.’s (and my) needs: thorough in her attention to the many details associated with our program; available by phone and email; and willing to participate in group conference calls, face-to-face meetings, and remote meetings that require travel. Cynthia (SeaCrest) is well prepared to address the needs of our growing certification program, especially managing the many and conflicting wants and needs of our volunteer leadership. Cynthia is able to help our volunteers put their work in perspective relative to where our program should be functioning in its early stages." -Vicki Hancock, Ph.D., Education Director, Licensing Executives Society (USA and Canada), Inc. SeaCrest was very helpful in understanding the NCCA standards and what is required for the accreditation application. They provided very good guidance, direction and gracious answers to questions that gave excellent insight. The work that SeaCrest did exceeded our expectations and we are very grateful for everything they have done for our organization. - J.Van Valkenburg, PhD, RPA, RT, CBRPA Executive Director Core Values
